A high-speed digital control valve adapted to control outlet flow of high-pressure gas vessels. Valve designed for motion effectively independent of pressure and/or flow forces. Designed without mechanical bias, but uses residual magnetism and a proprietary control circuit to latch spool in full open or closed positions without the application of constant current. Mechanical design and control circuitry covered by multiple patents.
Control circuitry can be added to verify speed and consistency of spool shift. Control electronics can respond to logic signals or pre-programmed for required shift sequences. Fail safe sequence or position can be programmed in cases of lost control power. Low flow level can be preset through parallel through parallel flow passages within valve structure.
