Your Role: As a Production Lead, you'll:
- Be the go-to leader for your team, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Collaborate with teams across the company, from Engineering to Procurement, ensuring continuous process improvements.
Lead with purpose, training and coaching associates while staying focused on meeting key performance metrics.
