Supplier Information
TLX Technologies follows strict internal quality procedures to build business relationships with qualified suppliers. To initiate any activity with TLX Technologies, and to be included on our qualified vendor list, all suppliers are required to go through a company assessment process. This assessment requires completion of a Supplier Information Form and may include the completion of a Nondisclosure Agreement, Qualification Survey, and/or an on-site supplier audit.
Submission of the requested information neither automatically implies supplier's qualification nor commits TLX Technologies to involve the supplier in any negotiation process.
Potential suppliers are not required to complete the Survey and/or audit prior to submitting a proposal; however, purchase orders will not be awarded to suppliers who have not successfully completed the assessment process.
