Custom Solenoids and Valves for On-Off Applications
On-Off solenoids are used in applications requiring the constant application of power to move and/or hold in set positions. This constant application of power causes the coil in the solenoid to heat up limiting the force for a given size. Standard on-off solenoid designs can compensate for this decrease in force by either increasing the size of the solenoid or providing for a higher coil temperature rise if the application will allow it.
Solenoid Pinch Valve
Accommodates tube sizes up to 10 mm in diameter in the same size valve body and closes with enough force to completely stop fluid flow.
High-Pressure Supervised Direct-Acting Solenoid Valve
This solenoid valve is designed for gas and hybrid systems with operating pressures up to 300 bar and features fully engaged installation detection.
Peak and Hold Control Module
The peak and hold control module allows any-size solenoid to operate at a higher force without overheating the coil.
Supervised Direct-Acting Solenoid Valve
This solenoid valve is designed for gas and hybrid systems with operating pressures up to 150 bar and features fully engaged installation detection.
Coolant Control Valve
A continuous-duty, normally closed valve with a maximum flow rate of 0.5 L/s.
Solenoid Vent Valve
A normally closed, three-way valve with an integrated check valve.
D-Frame Solenoid
This solenoid designed to work in the air intake stream of a vehicle and can be designed as a constant current or latching solenoid.
Three-Position Push/Pull Solenoid
This continuous duty solenoid’s armature had three positions: centered, fully extended, or fully retracted.
Miniature U-Frame Solenoid
This example of a continuous duty solenoid is miniature in size but with a relatively long stroke and high force.
Pressure Release Solenoid Valve
This solenoid valve example is used for applications needing to quickly reduce pressure within an enclosed cavity or transmit fluid to another passage.

This example of a continuous duty solenoid remains in the locked position utilizing no power.
High-Speed Dispensing Valve
This is an example of a high-speed solenoid mated to a multiple port spool configuration for the control of output fluids to very fine parameters.

A small solenoid valve that was suitable for low-pressure applications.
