High Temperature Solenoids
Operating solenoid temperatures vary depending on the application and function. When designing solenoids and solenoid valves, TLX considers heat dissipation, wire insulation and thermal reduction based on the requirements of the application. TLX has successfully achieved designs that consistently operate at temperatures exceeding 300°C (500°F).
Through our distinctive solenoid magnetic structure, TLX provides customers with a design that offers a competitive edge in their products. This technology allows custom solenoids engineered and manufactured by TLX to have equivalent forces while fitting into smaller packages.
